Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Because our products are printed-on-demand specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns. This approach eliminates excess inventory, reduces waste, and ensures that every item is created with purpose. By supporting print-on-demand, you’re helping us maintain an eco-friendly process that aligns with our mission to make a positive impact on the world.

We’re Happy to Offer Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want you to be happy with your order! If you receive an incorrect size, color, or a damaged item, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at Support@BrotherBearProject.org with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Include a photo of the item if it’s damaged or defective.

  3. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions to process your exchange.

Please note that exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size or for an identical replacement.
